McNamara Revenue Systems does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit, regulatory compliance, or any specific business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including traffic, offer, market conditions, client operations, response quality, and lawful use of the system.
Client approvals
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing content, claims, pricing, consent language, escalation rules, and launch configuration. Automations remain subject to the agreed approval process.
Appropriate use
Website visitors may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or regulated claims without the required approvals.
